At Sage & Spritz Mobile Bartenders, we believe the best gatherings feel effortless — the drinks are flowing, the atmosphere is warm, and everyone feels comfortable enough to relax and enjoy themselves.

Founded by Jessica Aikey after more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, Sage & Spritz was created from a lifelong love of bartending, creativity, and bringing people together. After spending the last several years crafting cocktails and creating guest experiences at Lisa’s Milltown Deli, Jessica realized there was a growing demand for mobile bartending services in Central Pennsylvania — but not many options that felt elevated, approachable, and genuinely personal.

So she built one.

What started as a dream (and a lot of conversations over cocktails) quickly turned into Sage & Spritz — a laid-back, boho-inspired mobile bar experience built around beautiful drinks, welcoming energy, and stress-free hosting. Alongside a small team of trusted friends who share the same passion for hospitality, Sage & Spritz brings craft cocktails, mocktails, coffee bars, champagne toasts, and personalized touches directly to your event.

We’re not a stuffy, overly formal bar service. We’re the kind of bartenders who want your guests to feel instantly comfortable — whether it’s a backyard BBQ, bridal shower, birthday party, barn wedding, or intimate celebration with friends and family.
